Week 7 Items of Note

Hi folks! A few reminders for you all this week:

• Timecards are now available to sign! You have until Friday at 5pm to sign. See my Google calendar for where and when you can catch the timecard binder.
• The last training of the term is next Wednesday from 4-5:30pm! We’re back in Kidder for this one. I’ll see you all there.
• There are several important university deadlines this week! See my Google calendar for the S/U and W deadlines, as well as student athlete registration times. If you have students pondering a grading method change, have him/her speak with his/her counselor in our office ASAP!

There are two tutor trainings remaining this term… as you all are required to go to at least two a term, and no one was at the first training, this means that you all need to be at both of these last two!! GET PAID!!!

I’m currently staring at a timecard binder with many, many unsigned timecards… come by and sign them ASAP! Today is the last day to sign your timecard. My “Timesheets/Payroll” calendar in Google lists exactly when and where the binder will be for the rest of the day. (RSS feed of this on the right sidebar of the blog, and the calendar is available to all of you through our Google tutor scheduling setup.)
